Check all connections to CPS they are picky since they are dealing with =/- 5V so make sure you have good connections and that no wires got pinched.

Crank sensor circuit still certainly in play (where did you buy your crank sensor), but in rare instances, a shorted camshaft position sensor can inhibit spark. Test your cam sensor with a manual and a meter.
