2001 - How Many Cat. Converters?
On a 2001 how many cats is there?? I am not infront of my vehicle at the moment but from what I can remember there is 2 mini cats coming out of the manifold and another downline???

I am assuming the only one you can replace with a "High" flow would be the 3rd one. Thanks for the help.

before you order anything confirm how many you have by looking at your xj. It's possible rock auto is showing the 2 possible configurations, 2 mini cats or 1 conventional cat together.

If you have the 2 pre-cats, then the third thing you are thinking is a cat (the one out back before the muffler) is just a resonator. It's not a true cat converter.
