Default 2001 cherokee sport - O2 sensor question

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport that is throwing a P0152 code.

The vehicle runs very rough at times with the engine bucking and jumping and just all around not running correctly.

With some searching it appears this code relates to the Bank 2 Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor which I should be able to replace on my own. I also have some rebuilt fuel injectors that I will probably put in at the same time.

Can someone tell me where/which exactly this oxygen sensor is and what the correct part number would be for it?

Thanks!

O2 sensor 2/1 is the rear pre-cat

NTK 23506

NTK is the preferred brand.
