I've jumped past the relay and the resistor under the dash and with 12v straight from the battery to the blower according to the wiring schematic with nothing, and yeah hit the blower motor a few times to see if it would kick in. Could there be a ground issue to complete the circuit? Got a new blower motor and going to replace it tomorrow but if it's a wiring problem I'm running straight 12v inside to an inline 20amp fuse and a toggle switch to at least have heat. I'm in central Michigan and snows been flying lol.
Any suggestions or helpful tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks to everyone for the info I've gotten so far, this is a great place for Diy Jeep people.

The blower motor is wired hot thru the relay with ignition on and all the controls create the ground circuit. The extreme left on the mode control turns the blower circuit off and the fan switch determines which tap on the resistor is selected to control the fan speed. If I remember correctly, the mode switch makes or breaks the ground for the entire circuit. To be more precise, the mode control is the one where you control where the heat is directed.
