Hey guys new member here. I searched and could not find an exact answer. There isn't a wiper delay module anywhere under the dash. I believe it's in the actual switch on the column. I actually have the switch out of the car and I'm wondering how to test it. Does anyone happen to know the pinout? I find ign and ground as well as high but not sure about the others. Hate to spend $80 for a new one and find out that's not the issue. I may pull the cowl up to get a look at the motor. Thanks for your help.

 

Turns out it was the motor. Guy at autozone was really helpful. He let me try a switch before ordering the wiper motor.
