1st off I had to take the front spring bolts out which would come out due to the nut in the frame breaking loose therefor I cut a small window and got it backed out then the bolt was seized to the sleeve so I cut the bolt now I have another bolt and can't get it to thread in I've tried hitting with a hammer to start it but nothing seems to work

I don't follow. So you removed the old bolt entirely, and the welded nut snapped off. Are you trying to thread the new bolt into the old welded nut?

Did you buy M14x2.0x120mm class 12.9?

The hammer might have something to do with it too. I haven't had much luck starting bolts with hammers. Ratchets or wrenches seem to work better....

If I understand your problem correctly, I would think drilling and tapping a new larger hole would be sufficient.... maybe not

Now it sounds like you have access to the old welded nut. take it out and replace it. Now what I'm not getting is the front springs are only held on by one retaining clip per spring, and the weight of the jeep.

I get what your talking about but the nut is still welded to the frame from the inside. However I found a tap that is an m14 with a 2.00 pitch, is this correct? If so I'm hoping that it will retap that nut and hopefully i won't snap it off in the nut considering i have never used a tap before.

We're actually talking about the rear springs, right? Maybe you meant the front bolt of the rear leafs? Anyway, tapping is easy, especially if you're just chasing the threads. Go slow, use cutting oil and clean the tap frequently. 14-2.0 is correct provided we're talking about what I've deduced we're talking about.

No it's the front bolt. My model has the nut to the front bolt welded inside the unibody frame but I was able to tap it with that 14-2.0 and finally got it in. I
appriciate all the help.

I dont care what model you have, the suspension is set up the same way, only variations would be axles, or if you got something like the up country package(1'' lift). Are you talking about a WJ Grand Cherokee? I've never personally seen the way there suspension is set up, but Im assuming similar because of solid axle.
