2000 jgc random stalling

2000 jgc random stalling
I have a 2000 jgc 4.7 ENGINE, and it has stalled on me 5 times in the last 4 weeks. Whenever it stalls i mostly sitting in traffic, and i turn ac\radio off and turn it over and it starts right back up. Everytime it has stalled the ac has been on. I believe it has been low on gas too. Quarter of a tank in some cases. Could this be sensor, fuel monitoring issue, or ac drawing to much power?
