Check the harness where it goes through the doors...well known for fraying and could be causing a short...

Noggin' pokin' time

Check all the harnesses in the other doors? Other than that, go back and double check your work, make sure you didn't break or fray something, and grounds are nice and clean. I hate electrical, LOL

I would LOVE to find a set of manual doors for mine. Then I could take the ones I have now, and do half doors, LOL

I love my manual interior SE but it's a pain reaching over to roll down the passenger window all the time. 2 door power door panels are hard to find though...

Mine started going crazy while I was on a six hour trip. Every bump would make the doors lock. It was driving me nuts, so I pulled over and posted here asking for the location of the fuse. CCKen posted a little while later with that info and saved my Jeep from being set on fire on the side of the road.

Maybe someday I'll get around to fixing the wiring, but for now I've just left that fuse uninstalled and gotten used to using the locks manually.
