1. So I pulled my cover off today to clean it and prep for paint. I did a good cleaning but now I cant remember how the metal diaphrams are placed for the system. Does it even matter?
2. These metal diaphrams, stoppers ,plates, whatever they are also had a gasket at 1 time, still needed?
It all has something to do with the CVC I think. Checked the Haynes, nothing in there on it that I could find.
THanks
Jon

If your talking about the little metal triangle tubes at the front and rear of valve cover then yes, they are important but the grommet is not. They have to do with the CCV
If you want while they are already off do cruisers valve cover mod so you don't get oil in your airbox(assuming you have a renix era jeep)
