ya i have a 2dr with a 4banger but its got no ***** so im upgrading to a straight 6 2dr and im wondering if theres anything other than a basic lift that is needed because of the shorter axle spread and driveshafts

 

nope. far as i know they have the same suspension.

 

There is no difference in the suspension for a 2 or 4 door, 4 or 6 cylinder. All XJ 4x4 suspensions are exactly the same.

 

I believe the wheelbase is the same between 2 and 4 door. 2 door just has longer door and longer side windows

Then mine is twice as kewl because I have 2 doors on each side.

yeah i know, the structural integrity of 4 over 2. but i like my 2dr. just have a little fun with you guys.

 

i might be buying a 2 door just to chop it haha.
