So got a weird one here. The power door locks have never worked properly since I bought my jeep from the previous owner. What happens is when driving the doors will constantly lock over and over again and sometimes there will just be a clicking sound coming from my passenger door over and over again also. Then sometimes the lock for the back hatch will make scratching and grinding sounds when all the doors try to lock, which might just be a bad ground or the lock actuator breaking, not sure. When I try to lock all of my doors from either the diver side or passenger side it does absolutely nothing, but when I try to unlock the doors from either side it locks all the doors and when I let the switch go back to the middle they try locking again. I checked the fuse and it looks fine, I tried looking at the wires and have only been able to see the wires in the boot for both the diver and passenger door and there is no obvious damage to the wires I can see. I replaced both the passenger window/lock switch and the driver window/lock switch which did fix a issue with the window lock but the power door locks still have the same issue. When plugging in the passenger window/lock switch it does lock everything while plugging it in which is weird. I was hoping that this would be a problem with a relay but have not found anything online showing that there is a relay for the power door locks, so if there are any ideas on what I should look at let me know and I'll tell you what I find. I'd rather not tear all the panels and stuff off right now with winter weather happening and needing the jeep to get through the snow but will be able to tear it apart in about a week.
