Default 1998 Cherokee possible wiring issue

My 98 has some wiring issues I'm thinking. My radio works half of the time, my rear driving lights don't work (brake lights do) and sometimes when I hit the brake my dash cluster lights come on.
Now before I start tearing it apart looking for broken wires and such is there anything else that could possible cause this?
I've searched for a while and not much has came up

Thanks for the input buttheads lol.
I just jumped from the other light until I track down the running light wire break. Everything else works and the grounds good
