1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport, stumbles when first warming up and driving a few miles.

Hi Guys, Heres the deal: I bought this 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0L and put a different front clip on it. And when I got done it ran pretty good. It needs a new exhaust manifold due to crack but anyhow the other day my wife was driving it and it started stumbling and cutting out while accelerating. The only thing is that this seems to quit after it warms up good. I checked the fuel pressure the other night and the first turn of the key was about 4 psi then the next turn it was around 40 psi. Well I decided it must be the pressure regulator but once I found out the cost I decided to wait. So yesterday I again did a pressure check and I got around 50 psi on all tests. I do have codes 12 and 24 come up but at first I played with the tps connector when she was having trouble but I don’t remember disconnecting the battery lately. The check engine light seems to come and go depending on the day but it seems to correlate with the stumbling if you push it. Today I went to town with it and the light was out after I got to town and it only slightly gave hesitation. Got any ideas? Should I just pull the tank and check the pump? Thanks
