Default 1997 Jeep XJ Sport Downstream o2 sensor connection

The previous owner of my 97 xj sport spliced the downstream o2 sensor directly into the wiring harness. My cat got ripped out and I need to know which wires correlate to which pins on the o2 sensor connector.

These are the wires coming out of my harness, it appears to be:

Black/yellow
Black
Green/White
Black/Tan

I cannot find any diagrams on the web with these color combinations. I am trying to use the universal o2 sensor with a black, gray and two whites and it still has the connector on it so all i need to know is which colors go to which pins on the stock o2 sensor connector on the engine harness side. Thank you

These are the wires coming out of my harness, it appears to be:

Black [Brown]/yellow = O2S Gray
Black = O2S White
Green/White = O2S White
Black/Tan = O2S Black

I cannot find any diagrams on the web with these color combinations. I've identified the wire connections in blue above.

The two White wires from the O2S are the O2S Heater wires, which are not polarity sensitive.

THe O2S Black and Gray are the important ones.

The FSM O2S diagram doesn't show the O2S colors so it wouldn't help you much in this case. The O2S color match ups above are from my notes in my FSM, based on actual hook ups.

That diagram is for a 00/01 XJ.

OP has a '97.
