I know there's a million threads probably about this one problem but i cant hardly find my exact problem if that makes any sense. i go to turn on my blower motor and it just wont work so i replaced the ignition switch and the blower resistor then i bust out my meter and make sure my fuse is good it is then i go to the plug and its reading 13v on vent and speed setting high at the plug so i plug the blower motor in (brand new) it dont work but when i touch two wires together one on each side of the blower motor plug the motor works what could be my problem bad plug? bad blower resistor? if any help please comment

Do you have ground at that plug?
