Never heard of it.
Back in my old DSM days a trick was to put a quart of ATF trans fluid in, drive it for 20 miles and change the oil. Cleans out the lifters. I tried it, kinda worked.

I have been using Rislone since the mid 70s. I like it. Cleans up a dirty engine safely. I don't run it all the time, as I use synthetic, but I do use it if I need to clean up an engine.
