Default 1991 jeep cherokee limited cigarette lighter doesn't work

I checked all of the fuses in the fuse block underneath the driver side panel, none of them were blown. There was a video online showing me how to check for voltage at the lighter by finding a ground with an ometer and putting the red one to the cigarette lighter rim. I'm not sure what else to do? Could it be the actual part that heats up?

Does anyone know what exact fuse it would be for the cigarette lighter? The radio and everything all works. My power seats and rear window wiper does not work though.

Take a look at this one. See if it works for yours:

Part way down on the first page in the thread shows an actual diagram for the fuse panel.

So, is you lighter not working or no power to the socket? On these Jeeps, the socket isn't powered up unless the key is in ON. You should check for power at the socket with a voltmeter. Negative probe on ground (or the edge of the socket) and positive on the middle button at the rear of the socket.
