Ok so...I went to Walmart and the material can be just about any thing you want, so I got camo (greys and black). For about 4 yards it was $13.00. Might want to do the visors and maybe even the back door panel. It feels like the same material that is stock from the factory.
Saw the Locktite spray, but went with the tall 3M cans. The price In Wyoming is $9.46 / can. The (glue) adhesive was way more expensive than the materal.
Now I have to just find the time, maybe during Thanksgiving break.
There is some pretty cool materials (you guys have) out there!
Good job!~jretzky
PS. Hope my engine lasts as long as my headliner.

I redid mine with thick fireproof ultrasuede. My jeep didn't have a headliner board so I had to do it in place to keep the stock insulation. I ended up using a full quart of contact cement and brushed both the remains of the insulation and the back of the fabric (enough to seep a little bit but not enough to show through the other side). I think it came out great except for the wrinkles near the edges (ran out of glue)

That ugly thing on your ceiling is the board. Supposed to remove it first. Wither way it looks good.

Nonexistent. It was just pressed fiberglass insulation, falling apart so to keep integrity I left it alone.
No board.
Alot of things on my jeep don't exist on most.

Oh. See I was under the impression that most had a fiberglass board and not just insulation like mine

That an interesting way doing a headliner seem like it was a pain, but seeing how you have to stips of wood holding it up worked out pretty good, compared to droping it down and doin it on the floor.
