I have read that thread but the two wires on the outside is what I need to know if they r grounds. The box mounts on the new alt with just the two middle connectors on the box but the other two wires on the outside have no where to mount to

You should be able to just ground one. When I went with a newer alt from a durango and did the plug swap I just wired the two little wires to the plug, and ran one of those wire to the alternator mount bolt. Worked fine.

I made a jumper wire with 4 gauge wire, and used a bolt and washer to connect it to the ground eyelet on the factory harness. Then I just connected it to the frame. Ill grab you a picture in a few hours when I go to lunch.
Charges at 14.2v no matter what I throw at it.
EDIT:
Bigger battery cables are almost a requirement when going with a large alternator, and since I am pretty sure the alternator grounds primarily though the engine block, you should be fine after upgrading the battery wiring (Alt to Batt Positive wire, Batt negative to fender, and engine block ground to firewall)
