Default 1989 comanche- PO fiddled with engine harness

New here, my 1989 comanche eliminator 4.0 5spd swb will run for a few minutes all nice and then just chug out timing goes weird then it stalls. Pumping brakes saves its from stalling. Disconnected vacuum lines to brake booster and clamped them. Pumping brakes still saves it from stalling out. Opened wiring harness and did cruisers ground upgrade. Now wont start. So. Here i am. Any help counts thanks!

Look at the hose to the MAP sensor from the throttle body.
