Smile 1988 fuel injectors

I went to start my 1988 Jeep XJ 4.0 this morning, The one injector was pouring out fuel. My question is how how hard is it to replace injectors, and can anyone share with me instructions or video.
Thank you!!

Don't involve me in this crazy stuff! Those older injectors are very prone to leak at the seams so yes upgrading to the one piece plastic ones is the best idea as long as you are replacing them. It is a very easy job any average home mechanic can do with just a few basic tools

Amazing how that worked, huh? There is a good write-up somewhere but I don't remember where. Perhaps someone else will appear out of nowhere with that, too.......

Uh, I think you should get a set from Programbo, and use the instructions that 1996sportxj provided. Pretty easy.
