These 2 vacuum pieces, the vacuum reservoir and whatever this m labeled thing is are missing/ I can’t find them on my Cherokee. The tube from the SOL is cut and it is my only leak

Look behind the front bumper on the passenger side. I mean inside the actual bumper. Not sure about your year, but that's where it lives on my 94, 96, 97, and 98. It's just a plastic tank with a fitting for a vacuum tube. Nothing special.
