Also refresh that crappy ground on the driver's side inner fender. That grounds the wiper motor.

well, i installed the jumper ground wire like you have listed. i don't know if the high and low speeds are much different. my wife says she noticed it, but i didn't. i guess i will try to figure out how to remove the steering column cover to check everything to the switch. i think I'm just gonna run it the way it is. maybe get back at it later on.
