Default Nick and Jay do Camp Grayling

Well pics will be up soon.

What was suppose to be a Tue-Thur. run went from Tue-Sat. Do in part to a few trail repairs.

All in all it was a great time. Meet some very nice camp ground owners at Happi Days Campground and Diner. Found out that when Rough Country says they can get you parts in 24 hours they really do mean it. Also found a few new to me trails and several fun places to play.

The carnage from the trip itself is as follows;

Jay- both front axle CV joints, CB (unsure if it's the wire, antenna or the CB it self)

Me- taco'd both upper control arms, 1 passenger side u-joint, 1 battery terminal connector and a retarded alternator(only charges when the XJ is cold).

Like I said pics will be posted in a little while.

Gotta watch climbing some of those hills, DNR stroked about 20 tickets and told everyone they were off the main road/trail. This happend about 7-8 years ago on a trail run I was on with about 75 other rigs, in that same area.

Yep I know about the DNR.

Unless it was a seasonal road or Camp Grayling property.

We stayed off those hills that can get you in trouble.

I gota say in the 5 plus years I've personal had Jeeps this is the first time I've broke a u-joint.

As for the Control arms I figure it had something to do with age.
