What size tubing and steel did you use in construction? Looks to be pretty stout and only a hundred bucks more than the RK kit and it apears to be much stouter. Also what size lift are the arms made for?
The lowers are 2" x .250" wall D.O.M.
Crossmember is 3/16"
The xcase skidplate is .25" plate welded to the hoop and crossmember.
4.5" min lift, 7.5" max, but I can increase the arm LCA length as needed. I'm not too sure I'd recommend going taller than 7.5" of lift though, it get's really tippy in an XJ at that elevation.

Sold.
Well after the screwing I just got dealt on the TeraFlex Flex ends I won't be building anymore and selling them for the price I stated earlier.
Let's just say that I'm now the proud owner of a size 11 bunghole.
Looks like I'm going to switch over to RE ends.

aren't RE ends less than half the price of teraflex anyway? 25 bucks vs 56, I don't think RE ends are greaseable though.
Sorry bout your loss Frank. Really seems more like his loss since he lost all your business.
