Long Arms!!!!
Take a look at Pic #1. You can see the backing plate just to the right of the tranny/transfer case. The crossmember is held in place with two 1/2" Grade 8 bolts per side and 2 allen head screws into the original crossmember mounting holes on the bottom of the framerail.

do you include sleeves for the 1/2 inch bolts. and is there a way to make it with 4 bolts per side not just 2 plus the 2 cross member bolts. that way there would be 6 per side in total.
I've run these for years without sleeves and but a set on my son's XJ as well as 4 other rigs. None of us has eve had a problem with the crossmember moving.
That being said, yes there is room to add additional hardware if you so choose.

My rig is one of the 4 that have them. they are amazing off and on the trail. the amount of flex is insane but make sure if you buy them get extended brake lines. my cross member has yet to move at all. mine has also taken a beating already.

looking at it again...i think your setup is fine as is. The rock krawler also bolts in with 4 bolts per side, but they have crush sleeves for inside the unibody rail. They do this because of the seam that sticks out, the mount goes around that. So their mounts are a good inch wider than the unibody. Thus, a crush sleeve is needed, and also a spacer to fill the gap between the mount and the unibody. Where as your brace is directly on each side of the unibody...eliminating the need for a sleeve.
Very nice design FrankZ
I really dig the integrated skid plate for the TC
