Drop the cross member and remove them.

The cross member is not welded in place.

definitely recommend these. i have almost the exact same setup on my XJ, the Y-LINK is the way to go. nice job.

ok, it looks like when you drop the crossmember, that also drops the control arms and all the front suspension.
seems like it may be a pita to do.

might i suggest to look at claytons setup to incorporate their design into your next set...

Thanks but my design works without adding additional hardware. A drop out center section adds more potentional for failure.

hey if i buy these from you i have never done this before but where would i know to drill and set the cross member?

Not to worry! They come with a set of instructions that are super easy to follow and even include manditory rest periods and photo ops.
