The Richmond lockrite is automatic "aka: lunchbox". It engages on its own based on pressure to the plates via springs. Check out the website for more information about them, their website has schematics and good instructions etc.

Well he said it would work with a rear dana 35... I have a dana 35 in the front so I didn't know if it would work in the dana 35 in the front
