Is this worth doing to my daily driver n r there any "side effects" of doing this if its done to a daily driver?

YES! Way worth it. Just look it up. The gains of letting the engine breathe better are endless.

Only "side effect" is a slight whistle, which can be fixed. When I get mine I will post write-up on how to fix the whistle.

I'm doing the install this weekend. If I have any whistle I'll be interested in hearing how to correct it.

All I could say is great work man! Got it today and installed it in 15mins with the test drive. Throttle response was great.

How do I transfer the springs from the old TB to the new one?

you shouldnt have to transfer anything but the sensors

What about the spring and cables? Don't they connect to the TB somehow

all you do is un snap them from their little sockets

Really I can on two of them but the third appears to be connected to the spring. I will be doing this Thursday and want to make sure I have all the resources ready

i have a 97 and there was only to cables that connected to the tb. then the 4 bolts that hold it to the intake.

I have a 2000 and there's 3 cables
