Now does the cable closest to the TB slide off? Or do I have to take the tension spring off?

I believe you need to hold the throttle open and the cable should slide out sideways like a brake cable on a bicycle.

Default TBs and cancelling codes...

CND XJ you are already on the list...

WhiteJeep, you are now on my list also...

thanks guys....

Hey, guys......GOJEEP.com is not only an unbelievable website, but he has a writeup on how he bored his own throttle body...and how to cancel the codes in the CPU. If you plan on buying one of mine...please read his write up on the subject.

I got mine!! As soon as I can get the bolts off of my throttle position sensor (they're stuck), I will have my core ready to go!

Top notch product guys. It's clean, greased, and has no restriction. Totally worth it so far.

Money well spent. I love mine. Couldn't be happier. Quick question to Thexjfiles:

My core is kinda dirty (nothing rediculous) and the butterfly valve is kinda gummy, but all solid. Is this the condition you buy cores in? Also, how much do you take for the cores? I will package mine up and send it out asap.

anyone have any tested MPG changes? I know no one is going to dyno this, so everyone is going to 'feel' a difference whether or not its actually there. My main concern is gas.
