What does that mean exactly..? lol Mines a 2000 sport with the 4.0 is the main thing I know off hand i'm 16 so kind of a noob..and I know that the T-case is not the same one it had from the factory..cause I cracked it and swapped the input shaft and tail shaft into a new case and put it in myself..lol Oh and I think i'd rather pay shipping cause i'm like a good 2 and a half to 3 hour drive from you..and we both know XJ's aren't the best gas savers..haha

[QUOTE=Thexjfiles;1046781]. Unless you have one with the MAP on the firewall, which I have about 3 available right now, it would be $40.

Your '00 has the MAP sensor on the tb. On older Xj's the MAP is located in the middle of the firewall and is pretty easy to identify because it is the only green thing in the engine bay.

You can pay with another one, if you send them both at the same time, and if and only if the one I keep is for 96+ with the port on the side for the MAP sensor. Ive got plenty of the non port ones already.

If you want to send just one for boring, its only $40.

Thanks guys for all the continued support!!

both have map ports on the body... and the only reason I got another was so I could still use my jeep to get to work and such... so sending you both at same time is not going to work... maybe I will just pay and have an extra.

Hey Dennis, I got mine on today. I have to say you do very nice work. That TB looked brand new. It does idle a little nicer and accelerates smoother like most have said. I didn't expect much of a power gain but the smoothness is definatlely worth it. I took some pics to share to try to help you out. I'll be sending my old one asap. Thanks again man!

You're welcome man. I'm very happy with my TB. I forgot to mention, some guys are saying that they try these and that they "whistle" when they hit the gas pedal. They are probably not tightening the mounting bolts in a criss cross pattern. You won't get a proper seat if you tighten 2 on one side and then 2 on the other. Just a tip. Thank you again.

Default waiting list

Thats a good tip Lyon, and good practice in general, especially since the gasket is so thin!

Here is the current waiting list as of 6/2/11, excluding those that paid, and those that sent theirs for boring:

Jeepxj19 98
Cheesecake 96
Bigvig 99
Tangmere 99
Nemx735 99
49erRider
Audioal69 96
Concretecowboy 96
Keithsurf 97
brewerxj 99

If I forgot anyone, or you wish to be added or deleted, please PM me.
