Thanks. This is a sales thread so don't want to get in trouble for tech stuff in it but maybe a spark plug or something for the miss?

with the 3 or 4 different injectors you are selling which would you say are the "better" ones to put in. I have an 89 4.0 and am considering this upgrade. thanks.

And actually I have 703 & 784 (Neon), 715 & 789 (blue Ford higher flow), 849 (Green Dodge E-85 same as 784), 710 (Ford "yellow stick"), 048 (Stroker), and 923 (Cadillac injector basically the same as the 784 but from newer vehicles. I have a set of these in my personal XJ) and who knows how many other injector types here to sell

I sent my payment on a Thursday night and my Injectors arrived on the following Tuesday. Well packaged, fast shipping, clean injectors ! Thanks again !
Two words of advise for anyone doing this swap
1) Be careful inserting the new injectors. The fresh o-rings make you want to try and stuff them in there and that will just mess up the o-rings. Ask me how I know. I found applying slight pressure while slowly moving the injector in a clockwise movement will seat the new o-ring with NO effort.
2) "resetting" the computer after the install, will clear any codes and give you a "fresh start" with your new injectors. ( remove negative battery cable, turn on head lights for 15 seconds, turn off headlights, reconnect battery terminal )

With an '89 you could use either the 703's or 784's with the adpaters. They are bother the same injector body just with a different electrical connector on the side. The '89 doesnt have the problem later models have with the throttle cable bracket getting in the way of the 3rd adapter. So 703's would be the same EV-1 plug you have where-as the 784's require an adapter which means 1 additional connection point however you'd get a newer and possibly fresher injector.
Which injectors would work the best for the 2000 XJ 4 liter ? I would like to get some asap! thanks Let me know what you need and were to send the funds also!!

Hello. Yes unfortunately on the 96-98 XJs they switched to that big fat Grand Cherokee style injector plug so you can't turn the 3rd injector towards the rear and miss the bracket. SOMETIMES you can get it to work if you run the 3rd plug straight up but it just barely makes it. However with cruise controled models you can't even do that. I may have some 703's around. Send me a PM.

Just got the chance to install the 784's you sold me today, they work great! Surprisingly easy install.
Took about 4 hours including a break to eat and a moment of vigorously scrubbing my face after gasoline splashed all over it... one of the injectors were pretty loose and popped right off, then splashed into the bowl I had collecting any gas that comes out...
