I have the standard 4.5" lift with full leafs.
Your customer service and is top notch and your shipping is super fast, but your leaf springs for the xj are just too short and create such bad shackle angle. I know your relocationbrackets can help or fix it but I shouldn't have to get them. Even after a year of "breaking in" I still have forward angle on my shackles.
I'd like to see a beefed up double sheer trac bar from you guys.

You guys think you have bad shackle angles with your rough country leaf packs? I have replaced these springs once which fixed the problem for a couple of months until they settled. EVERY time I hit a bump in the road my shackle makes a loud bang noise as it comes in contact with the shackle box.

People don't realize vendors are on multiple forums and get a lot of pms about their products. Sometimes things get missed.
Just get a shackle relocation box from hd off road they are about $130 shipped.
What's another $130 into a persons jeep? Not much $ imo.

No but they could at least acknowledge it. I don't think they'll give us new leafs or anything like that or expect them to, but if he wants to come and start a conversation and tell us he's going to have r&d look into it I'd appreciate some feedback.
