Just finished my Low-Pro relocation. I was running a Rubicon Express 5" Eye-To-Eye shackles at a complete 90*. It wasn't even really possible for it to sag at all, now I'm at about a 30-40* angle and it rides way smoother. I measured from the same point on my flare before and after. Before was 42.5" After was 41". So I lost about 1.5 Inches.
I may go out later tonight and try a different hole but I ran out of time. Losing that much lift was actually a good thing. I just put on a bumper and winch and the front was sagging BIG time compared to the back. Now its even just as it was before the bumper and winch. I'm happy. If I want more lift I can just go buy a longer shackle.

Good to hear. Needing a slightly longer shackle is always a plus over the alternative of buying a standard relocation kit then needing to run a stock shackle to get rid of the added lift.

I was in the import export business here in Canada. The reason for the inflated price is because they can. They tell you it's for the added expense of personnel to handle paperwork required by Canada Revenue but it's a crock. It's all automated on computers now.

Its the stupid website calculation. It does weird things with international shipping. The reason there is no change in shipping with or without nutstrips is because either way it fits into a medium flat rate box.
If you place the order I can refund you the extra cost right away. Sorry for the pain in the butt.

Ah okay, thanks for the quick reply. Shipping to Canada really does seem to be a bit of a hassle. I've run into a few companies that have stopped shipping here due to the headache it can create.

I have the shackle relocation kits in stock. We ran out of nut strips but they will be in tomorrow. Looks like you guys are loving the nut strips.
Thanks for your orders.

With the 2nd generation design, I have the stock shackle in the 3rd hole back from the front which allows the shackle to rotate without binding. The 1st and 2nd holes back are a no go due to the shackle binding on the box.
There are some photos on my build thread.
I'm probably going to go with longer shackles though.

Have you ever shipped these to Canada before my order, and how long did it take if so? I'm getting pretty anxious for these and trying to wait patiently. Lol
