Mine showed up yesterday!
Only thing is I am gonna go have to buy a tap, and or, drill out the holes a bit on my nut strips I got. The bolts won't thread in on two holes.
Hopefully I will be getting them installed this weekend or next along with a fuel tank skid and hitch.

A little too much heat on the welds? Maybe Drew can shed some light on this. I know he is using thicker wall nuts made for weld-on applications.

From what I've seen ya'll are 4 small tack welds. They might have slid a little off center and now the bolt won't start.
JCR's are two tacks then a small bead- one of which was just on the strip and not on the nut other than the tack weld on one side- I welded correctly before I installed it though.

There might be some weld spatter in the threads. I tried to run a tap through all the nuts after they were welded but might have missed some.
These have two 1/2" welds on opposite sides of the nut and two tack welds on opposing sides. The nuts are a heavier walled but compared to a standard nut they can take a lot more heat than a standard nut. I'm a professional welder by day and we use these same nuts on farm equipment applications that see a lot of abuse.

2 beads and 2 tac welds per nut. Beefy beyond belief haha
All are centered, I looked a bit closer and there is a nice piece of slag in there. I got one of the holes to clear out, but the other is definitely not going to be cleared out without a tap. So I will grab one from the local hardware store this week.

He is talking about the furthest hole back, out of the frame rail. There really isn't much meat there and that extra hole isn't critical. We mainly put it in the relocation kits in case you are running other nut strips, gas tank skids, or hitches that require it. We didn't want you to have to drill it out if needed.
If you would like to run that extra bolt then it definitely wouldn't hurt anything.
