For anyone else that I may have missed. The laser is back up and running and we were promised completion on Friday. I will personally be spending all weekend getting these orders welded up and shipped out. Don't hesitate to call or text and let me know of you have any more questions or concerns.
Thank you

I wish I saw this thread before I placed my order.
They were listed as "in stock" on his website when I ordered them on 8/16.
I called him to ask him a question about delivery and he said the the website was incorrect, that they are 1-1.5 weeks behind.
Not bad, I thought, I figured two weeks tops.
I asked him again at the two week mark, he said they were lasered out, but needed to go to the brake. They told him it would take a few days to get to the brake. He did thank me for my patience, and offered me a product of his for my troubles. I thanked him.
It's been over a month now (35 days!), I haven't heard anything back from him (or received the complimentary product).
Looking at this post, this seems to be a regular thing for FST. I REALLY regret buying anything from FST now. I asked him to call me back by Friday. I have every intention of using Paypal's resolution center for a refund if I don't have a firm shipment with a few days.
I'm ashamed that the Cherokee Forum keeps sponsors like this. I know it's no secret that forums make money and are businesses, but this company has a pattern it seems of not treating people right. I try to support CF vendors, they can't all be as good as Frank at Serious Offroad (This guy is THE standard in Customer Service), but come on.
I don't care how "nice" someone is. There is a "right" and "wrong" way of subcontracting. What else am I supposed to do when you call/email/message someone and weeks go by with NO RESPONSE????
If he communicated from the beginning, that these would take over a month, I would have had a chance to make an informed decision if I want to wait (and ride around bouncing over town in my current poor shackle angle) or not, but it would have been my choice. FST has taken my money and now made it their choice.
I'm sure I'll finally get a call/email/message because of this post and that there will be some sore of elaborate reason why I still don't have them. The reason isn't the problem. The lack of communication about it is.....
I checked my inbox here, email, and voicemail (three ways of getting a hold of me.....) before I wrote this. Nada.

Lol. Same thing happened to me. Literally same exact thing. Took me 6 weeks I think? And when I got them some gorilla had beat the package and threw it on my porch. Missing hardware, no packing slip, and the brackets had obviously banged together. The worst carnage was that the sticker I wouldn't have put on my Jeep anyway, was ruined :'(. I'm just vocal about my experiences with FST. Wonder how the guy who bought $1500 worth of stuff is doing after he got his packages missing hardware, joints, and other suspension links. Eh probably fine right? Kris is working after all. On something...
Probably seem like a dick posting this, but I cannot fathom a reason to justify his actions. There are 24 hours in a day. If you can't find the 2 minutes at the most to send any remote form of communication, smoke rings, phone calls, a text, a blimp, an email, a billboard, a bumper sticker, whatever to say,
"Hey, I have $130 of your hard earned money and I understand my commitment as a business owner to get you what you ordered in as reasonable of a time frame as I can and you can expect ______ at this time _____." Then you probably shouldn't be taking anyone else's money... But lol that would make sense right?
Good luck buddy. The Paypal dispute helped things move along slowly, don't give up!

"You seem to be the only person having issues getting in contact with him, as I had zero issues.."-When you read through this thread, you may want to recant your statement.
You may be the exception, not the rule.
I'm glad you got what you wanted in a reasonable time frame, that's what is supposed to happen. Doesn't seem like the standard practice with FST in mine and others experience.
For every one person that speaks up about something, many others usually thought the same thing, but just don't for whatever reason (fear of confrontation, the part isn't a priority to them, etc...
The product look great, but nothing is worth getting jerked around over.
I'm going to buy HD Engineering no-lift brackets now. We spoke and he actually stocks them.
I wasn't wild about having to drill a few holes in my trunk, but I'm less wild about letting someone hold on to my money for as long as they want with no communication back to me, the paying customer. That's not how you stay in business...
Too bad we can't rate CF vendors like you can on EBay....

Hey guys just saw this. Sorry for my delayed response. I was on a vacation with the family for the last week and a half and didn't have Internet or service. The good news is I came home today to an email from the shop, my order is complete and ready for pickup. I will be shipping out orders today.
Vincenza, let me know if you would like a refund or if you would rather I ship the order today. Either way Ill get this taken care of.
