The kit is good for 4" min to 7.5" maximum lift height.

Lower arms (2"x.250" wall), uppers (1.25."x .120" wall).
TeraFlex Large and Medium Joints w/jam nuts.
Crossmember (2"x4"x.25"wall) with integrated 1/4" t-case skid welded to a 1.5" dia. HREW hoop.
All mounting hardware.

Freight is a flat $150 anywhere in the lower 48.

This is an upgrade kit and does not include any other suspension components.

so if you need to remove the tranny or tc case you have to remove the whole cross member with arms? also is the pic right, only two bolts on both side holding the cross member on?

Yes, the crossmember mst be removed to drop the t-case. Chaulk the wheels, disconnect the lower arms, drop the crossmember. Super easy, minimal time required. Let's be realistic....how often is anyone here going to need to pull their t-case or tranny?

There are two 1/2" grade 8 bolts through the frame rail and a backing plate on the inboard side of the frame rail as well. There are also two bolts that mate with the two OEM crossmember mounting locations. These are Grade 8 allen head bolts.

I've wheeled my armz all over Colorado and Moab too. I put a set on my son's rig, and i've built quite a few for other XJ owners as well.

My warranty?
If you (Original Owner) bends or breaks one of my LongArmZ I'll replace it. No B.S. Nothing hidden in fine print. Freight to return the broken or damaged component is on you, the return freight is on my dime.

The joints are rebuildable too!!

I run franks arm setup. by far worth their weight in gold. ive beat mine up all over the state of colorado and Moab. Ive also ran some of the toughest trails with franks long arms and they take the abuse. ill take some pictures of mine and how beat up they are and mine are over and year and a half old, my arms are still straight you can buy other kits that are mass produced but you wouldnt get the attention and care that frank gives each one of his products. oh and 2 bolts through the frame rail is plenty it will not budge. i havent had to retighten the bolts in a year. as far as removing the whole cross member to drop your tranny or tcase out you would have to do that on a stock cross member as well or if you had a full belly pan built around yours.

i can also vouch them being great on the road too as well as being at 7" tall. perform flawlessly

Will this set up fit onto an XJ with a 5 speed tranny??

I talked to a guy from BDS and he said their 6.5 inch long arm wouldn't fit onto my XJ because it was a 5 speed....

I'm seeing a vision of my jeep with these on it soon. I've got a 242, tcase drop, and stiffeners. Will any of these be a problem?

Yes, the t-case drop will have to be deleted.
I can make a crossmember wide enought to compensate for the stiffeners.
NP242J...not a problem at all.
