Rear bumper for XJ, no d-ring tabs, no hitch. Need bed liner paint, and hardware kit. Price? Shipped to commercial address (this saves sometimes) to 91750.

Question on your winch bumper, how wide is the winch plate, I want to order a tube hoop from jeep tubes and the base I think is 36" wide, will I be able to weld onto it?
