I don't know what else to call it.
And just so everyone knows that I have not been some annoying customer, here it is in black and white.....
Chris received my money on 5-10-13. I sent this email to him on 5-28-14. ONE YEAR later.
His response the next day, 5-29-14
and my reply to him, same day
His reply, same day
One month later, still after no replies, bumpers or money, I contacted his Sheriff's Dept and they told me to contact mine to file the complaint, which I did. I gave them all the documentation I'd compiled on the matter. My Sheriff's Dept called and spoke to him.
The next day 6-27-14 we had the following exchange

That's the last I've heard from him. 6-27-14, FOUR MONTHS ago.
In my book, I've been stolen from.

YOU GUYS need to quit dreaming he is going to come thru, he scammed you plain and simple. NO LEGIT business takes that long to produce a bumper, hell they can build a wal-mart supercenter faster than he can build your bumpers.
Time to accept what it is, call in some local LEO help, postmaster for mail fraud, local AG, or something, but you can keep sitting on your thumbs or you can move forward. Your not getting anything from him.
WHY IN THE WORLD, would he be filling orders AFTER yours, and not yours??
Come on guys, I hate to see this, but it is what it is, a scam and he needs to be held accountable.
Show up at his shop and get your money or something.
This is proof that if you don't have your product within 30 days, YOU FILE A CLAIM...........PERIOD.
If my BIL was around that area, I'd have him send some of his US marshall buddies to visit him

Surely I am not the only one who was stolen from. I'd like to look into what we could seriously do to this dude, legally. Get his thieving *** sent to jail a while maybe, I'd *seriously* doubt we will ever see our money again. It has to be more than several customers and several thousand dollars.
Can anyone who has placed an order and not received it reply back with the following just to get an idea if its even worth the effort:

There has been no response twords us either via E-mail or PM. So his Vendor status was removed and account banned. Best course of action as stated above is to file a legal claim as it is now out of CF's hands.
