Dirtbound rock sliders installed and fit great next to the CavFab crossmember (ignore the busted bolt and spot weld) If ordering rock sliders be sure and take into account frame stiffener thickness if you have any.
Did any of you preorder guys who were promised a transfer case skid at "material cost or lower" get yours? Dave emailed me back in December i think. Never got my skid and he has ignored emails, texts and facebook messages.

Honestly I haven't even tried yet. The skid is so big and so low with my tcase clocked that I'm focusing on trans and oil pan skids first. My crossmember has nuts in the front like they planned to possibly do a trans pan skid, but I think I'm just going to go another route for all skids at this point.
Finally installed the Cavfab T-case skid, thing is beef and heavy. I think I was suppose to sandwich the skid between the 2 brackets but it ain't going nowhere and it'sflush. Had to trim a bunch around the exhaust flange to make room. A 3/4" stubby ratchet wrench is a definite necessity. Like the cross member mounts I don't like how the bolts pop out wherer the fuel and brake lines run, gonna have to figure out a way to better secure them. Any suggestions Mr Cavfab ?
