I had them in my Comanche a few years ago, and I was satisfied with them. Nothing magic about them, but they work fine

What did you do to your Cherokee today?-photo826.jpg almost looks like an engine now. Just have to remember where all the bolts and stuff go. It's harder since I have pieces from different jeep and such that are all getting piled together.

Bought (wrong size) wheel studs for the disc brake swap. Gotta take them back and get the right ones.

Finally got around to my semi annual boneyard walk through. Unfortunately one of two boneyards I do this with has closed. Guy has been in the business for about 40 years and got an offer on the land he could not refuse. One thing of interest. There was one of those fancy Jeep Liberties there. The one with the round lights on the roof. I have to poke around but I think these come with the 8.25 Limited Slip Rear. Plus there is the disc brakes that can be had off this for an upgrade. I did swipe a 2 slot bezel and yanked the shifter **** off an Federal Emissions '00 XJ. Same one I stole the computer and engine wiring harness from last year. And no I won't tell you why. LOL. Grabbed the tranny shifter cause I was curious as to how much force it took to yank one off. Surprisingly enough I did not punch myself in the face. And if I ever get around to yanking out my interior to finish the sound deadening I will have an extra in case for some reason I bust mine. The power plug and the cigarette lighter are for the 4 slot bezel I am trying to put together.

Pulled the leaf springs off the parts xj.

Good news, they didn't need much beyond some deep creep and a cheater. (Thank you, dry climate)

Bad news, main leaf on passenger side is jacked and unusable.

News in stupidity, while trying to break one loose my double-box-end cheater arrangement have way and my body weight went into the lip of the wheel well blocked masterfully by my neck.

When I was putting the coils in my jeep I had a prybar for leverage which let go and smacked me in the face. Lip was swollen and inside was 3 shades of blue.

The windows in my '01 Ram are manual.

My kinds think they're really cool for some reason. I normally don't mind them, but having to stretch across a full-size cab to roll the passenger window up and down is a bit of a PITA.

finally got around to installing the pacesetter long tube header. have a 10 am appt monday to get the rest of the exhaust done. fitment is not great but i made it work. did not need to grind the intake manifold. i’m expecting a fair gain going from stock exhaust to a pacesetter long tube and 2.5” exhaust.

edit: forgot to add - the o2 bung is too far down the exhaust for my liking. i am going to plug the original location and have this guy move the bung up to the header collector. not to mention it’s currently located back by the trans. it points straight up right into the trans lines. pita.

So much to do and not enough motivation. I am supposed to meet somebody today to pick up some Icon rims. Have to call at 1 PM. I hope we are still on because I did not want to start anything to complicated. Did wash and hit the Jeep with some spray wax. Not that you can really tell.
