Just so I make sure I understand, you would disassemble the new starter, put Loctite on all the bolts, then reassemble? Is that correct?

Custom cut & crimped the Accel Super Stock 5040R spark plug wires that came in the other day




Then installed them with some new E3 E3.48 spark plugs.

The old plugs and wires were actually working fine. I just saw these online, and decided to go for it.














The lift is going on next week. I will have to start a build thread for that one.

 

To be clear, you absolutely should NOT need to do that, and I personally wouldn't go through the trouble.

But if you want to make sure it doesn't happen again, that's how I'd do it. And it shouldn't void the warranty because they won't even notice.

I would if it were mine. Kinda seems like it needs something to tie all that black together.

 

I wouldn't if it were mine. Personal opinion, but I think the black should remain an accent color and not a two-tone scheme. Bisecting the body with that line would leave the original paint color highly segmented, and the eye would naturally be drawn to the dark instead of the light

What about a black stripe across the bottom? Just up to the bottom of the doors?

 

If it were mine, I would've used satin black on the flares and bumper caps so they're more subtle, and I would leave it how it is. But that's just my opinion, and you should do whatever looks good to you

 

Not really sure. I was looking at getting some NGK plugs, but decided to give these a shot.

If they are as bad as some people say I will have to send them back with an angry letter.
