Pulled off the intake/header to do freeze plugs and also found that my APN header cracked in three different places.
Don't have time to have the Jeep down more than a day so Im just going to weld it the best I can.

Got the manifold/header back on. New freeze plugs in w/ shellac on them this time. I prayed to cruiser and the Jeep turned right over, running like a top.
Also changed the oil while I waited for the header to cool down after welding it.
Probably change my rear brake pads while I'm at it.

Replaced my MAP Sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, and Throttle Position Sensor. Adjusted TPS by back probing with help from the following video:
I covered the TPS with aluminum foil to protected from any water as I have Run Cool hood louvers.
I also ordered a Snap On MT2500 computer scanner.

Tips? Yes for sure. I wish I read more before diving into this. So I hope it helps.
#1 you will hate snap rings by the end of install. Most likely way before the end
#2 get the correct snap ring pliers. Will make your life 1000x better
#3 you will need a 1-1/8" socket and some type of 2 jaw puller to remove the front yoke
#4 its pretty simple past that. Just follow the instructions and keep all parts in order.
Edit - if you have a 97 or earlier t-case, you will need to press a bearing out of a gear. I didnt have to, so no tips there.

Some tips in addition to 5-speed's I used some snap ring pliers from Sears, they were craftsman brand and worked excellent, in addition to the flat edge style snap ring pliers I needed some pointy type ones for a snap ring on the tail shaft housing, also my 96 didn't have the needle bearings on the shaft so its not necessarily 97+ that don't 96 is kind of a hit or miss on stuff like that. Also I didn't need a puller for the yoke, just a bfh.

its not necessary but will give you around a 60% increase in strength of the case( i did it so the internals last behind the 5.3)
