Here's something interesting. Here is my Jeep back in 2007 out in Utah after the original owner installed the lift and bastard pack. He even had the rims that were on the jeep when I bought it.

And found these on Scamazon, gonna try em on the 99 bumper/body, see how they look.

Ok, with all of it done, that actually looks pretty good. No granny panty look at all!

I like that diamond plate shift bezel. Good switch placement too.

So, in regards to my kerflewie alternator, the stupid thing decided it wanted to work again yesterday. SWEET! It will do me fine until I get the replacement. Found a guy on FB selling a 136amp alternator and was going to head out to Dunnellon to meet him today. Got about half way there and I noticed the volt meter showing about 11 volts again... well crap. So I turned around to get the Jeep back to the house and put on charge so I would have enough juice to make it to work. Called a buddy of mine (that I work with, so that's convenient) and asked if he wouldn't mind picking it up for me... of course he agreed - nice to have great friends.

So I'm now in possession of a 136amp alternator. XJWonders battery cable upgrade should be here tomorrow. You might say I'm amped up about it

I wheeled it harder than I should've.... Lost the passenger side fender flare, scratched the rear driveshaft, dented the rockers, there is fear oil leaking from everywhere, I think the transfercase is leaking out the front now, vibrates like crazy and the headlights went out on me going 70 down a country road. So that's all fun... Only picture I have of any of it

sounds normal to me. . . lol. That's all part of the break-in process.
