Trying to get some advice and or pointers on building this on a budget? Want to wheel it A LOT and not too sure what I'm going to put it through but more or less will be used as a trail rig. Thanks in advance.

Just depends what you call a budget how far you can build it.

 

Your best bet is to look at some of the posted rigs here on the forum, pick the one you like, and PM the owner for suggestions. There are some pretty badassed rigs posted! To start with, you're going to have to switch the rear setup to 4 link with a trackbar and get rid of the front CV driveshaft.
