No spark, not the cps

My heep will not start, I just did a head gasket and clutch and after it all got put back together it ran, like crap but ran. Then my buddy saw some exposed wires for the O2 sensors and moved them making it run perfectly then something touched something and it died.... And now I have no spark at all, I'm just trying to figure out what could have gotten fried when that happened, or is there a different trick that might work, all the dudes are good too, thanks in advance

Coil is good, and it's a trail toy, so who knows how many codes it was throwing when it ran and the O2 sensor hasn't been plugged in in years haha, my main guess at the moment is the ecu

Check ALL fuses in both kick panel and especially the power distribution (black box) under the hood.
Simple stuff first.

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
So why not check them ? Just eliminate any not related to starting. That would save costly guessing.
