Was able to build a crossmember that lifted the drivetrain up a bit to give me a perfectly flat belly. Used poly bushings on each frame side attached to 1.5"x.25" DOM tube that has a piece of reinforced .25" plate bolted to the transmission. I will be putting a big sheet of 3/16s or 1/4" plate all across the bottom mounted to stock crossmember mounting holes.

I did have to cut the floor up pretty good in order to keep the flat belly with no body lift.

The new YJ is coming along nicely, Branden. Too bad you have to use a Ford front D60 but as we all now the the diff. is on the wrong side on a Chevy D60 to match up with an NP231. I guess Ford or Chevy doesn't really matter in reference to a D60 axle. A Dana is a Dana no matter what kind of rig it was originally put on. Just sucks knowing that a Ford piece was used...LOL. Sad seeing Chericon all stripped down on the trailer. I heard from my boy that a NAXJA guy bought it from you. I'm sure since a NAXJA guy bought it, it will be up and wheeling in no time flat and it will be loved by it's new owner.

Are those weld-on bead locks? If they are, where did you order them?

Just a couple questions I have about them before getting a set: how do you balance them? Do they create vibes at high speeds? Do they leak air?
