Now I am getting into the territory I was trying to avoid which was a SYE kit. So can you give some info on this modification based on my 3"-3.5" lift. Do I really need one or will a T-Case drop work. I really dont want have driveline vibes since this is my DD. also what are the pros and cons of a hack in tap?
Am I over thinking this whole deal? I tend to do that. Is this easier than I am making it out to be since I am not lifting very high. any help is appreciated because right now I feel more confused than when I first started this process of deciding what I need.

At 3" you shouldn't need a sye or HnT. A T-case drop should be fine but you CAN'T know for sure until you lift it.
In most cases you get what you pay for. Spend $200 on a lift, your gonna get a $200 ride. Same for $1000. Some kits cost alot more because of quality, which most the time is gonna show on road.
I, would go with a 3" middle class lift and a t case drop. If it starts to vibe, try shims.

Fyi, a three inch lift & 31's can do a lot more than crawl a mall. Just check my build thread.

What kind of wheelin you gonna be doing? Is it a daily driver? There are other things to consider besides "looking cool".
If you are going for all around function, my opinion is that you would be wise to start with a three inch lift. Its easy to upgrade from there, is a very capable set up - if properly set up, and very reasonably priced.
I have a rough country series 2, 3" aal lift. You will hear aal's are horrible, dont ever buy them..... My aal's havnt sagged a bit over the last year that it has been installed fwiw. And i wheel the dogsnot out my rig. It rides good on the street. Its not an escalade, but it gets me from the house to the trails and wherever i wanna go smoothly.
I havnt had any vibe issues, have no tc drop or sye, and didnt have to extend brake lines. This kit gave me exactly what i wanted for an incredible price.
Took me and a buddy 8 hrs to install using only hand tools. No pneumatics.
Highly capable.

Ok guys I got the 6.5 in iro critical long arm lift kit. I don't know why but my front right coil doesn't sit straight up and down, it has a bend in it, it's almost like the right dude of my axel is crooked, but my front left spring is perfectly straight up and down. Anyone else have this issue

if the arms are adj, they might need readjusting. if not it could be a bad spring or you could've got a long arm for a diff lift. or the cross member could've been installed crooked.
take a pick from the side of the jeep looking at the wheel and from the front looking at the whole vehicle.
