Lower control mounts are going to have to come off to get the most out of the frame stiffeners....time to decide if the long arm kit goes on now or just weld the mounts back on temporarily.

After the power wash...... Generally I am finding that this Cherokee is in great shape, only minor damage for a small amount of off road use and no rust anywhere!!

Lower control mounts also have to come off to get the most out of the stiffening plates....so maybe its time to put the long arm kit on now. OR ..... possibly weld it back on, after the stiffener plates are on and do the long arm upgrade later,, Have not decided.

After the power wash,,,,Generally I am finding that this Cherokee is in great shape, not been abused off road,,,and no rust anywhere! I get to strengthen it up, so it will be good for the mild abuse I intend for it.

No turning back now. Sold the 2.1 Renault drivetrain to a local guy a couple of days ago. The Cummins drivetrain arrived the day before, from Indiana.

It had a hinge and a lift lid to hide stuff but no bottom, also box/storage interfered with moving the seat back all the way
