This is the driver side before I installed the IRO double sheer adjustable track bar. Everything is new on the front end accept the axle it's self. It's off an 01 wrangler that already had 4:10 gears. I'm planning to build a proper HP Dana 30 in the future but this was a cheaper bolt in option. EZAccessory wheel adapters (5X4.5 to 5X5) (5X114.3 to 5X127) New long braided steel brake lines 1 inch on the front and 1.5 inches on the rear.

Drive side Yukon 4:11 gears with the Eaton TrueTrac and crush sleeve eliminator kit Took me all day to get this right because I was being super careful but I'm very pleased with the results

Got the old knuckles off the 88 CAD Dana 30 cleaned them and painted them. This side got a new bearing assembly as the other was replaced a few years ago and hasn't seen a lot of miles since.

Completed front axle swap with all the upgrades. Didn't get a good picture of it but I also installed the IRO double sheer fully adjustable track bar.

This is the completed passenger side. New calipers, brake pads, turned rotors, new braided steele brake lines from RE, you can see the super flex upper and lower control arms. Wheel adapters are from EZAccessory 1" spacer in the front and 1.5" in the rear to accommodate the 1" narrower rear axle im installing. 8.8

The red lines on the back represent how far the yolk will go with the assistance of a large dead blow hammer. The other line represent where the housing sits. Sorry I don't have other photos!
